This is a hands-on role at the very heart of our strategic growth engine. You will be responsible for the detailed analysis, financial modelling, and presentation building that underpins all of our M&A and in-licensing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modelling: Build, maintain, and refine complex financial models to support the evaluation of M&A and in-licensing opportunities, including DCF, comparable company analysis, LBO, and accretion/dilution analysis.Data Analysis: Analyse company presentations, market data, scientific literature, and other commercial information to identify and assess potential targets.Presentation & Reporting: Prepare clear, logical, and insightful PowerPoint presentations, board materials, and supporting materials that effectively communicate the strategic rationale and financial implications of potential transactions to the senior leadership team.Due Diligence: Act as a key member of the deal team, supporting the coordination and execution of financial and commercial due diligence on target assets and companies.Market Research: Conduct detailed market and industry research to identify opportunities, map competitive landscapes, and support the origination of new opportunities.Process Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end deal process, from initial screening and valuation through to negotiation, closing, and post-acquisition integration planning.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on technical challenges and is eager to take on significant responsibility.Essential Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Corporate Finance / M&A Advisory role with experience working on M&A transactionsTechnical Skills: Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills are essential.
