Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient use of resources.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and management, including scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and preparing documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new candidates, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Organise and maintain office supplies, equipment, and records.
- Support recruitment processes by tracking candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and ensuring all recruitment documentation is up-to-date.
- Help with general office tasks, including filing, printing, and managing meeting schedules.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a recruitment or fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
