• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all special requests are noted.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organised service area.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

• Ensure the cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, however training is given.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their dining experience.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required., * Catering: 1 year (preferred)
