Your Mission

You’ll be the strategic and creative force behind how Yorkshire Dental Suite looks, feels, and shows up in the world. This is a rare opportunity to lead a lifestyle-first health brand - where storytelling, design, digital, and culture collide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Brand: Lead the evolution of our visual identity, tone of voice, and customer experience across every touchpoint.
  • Creative Direction: Ideate and direct high-impact campaigns, brand content, product launches, and in-clinic visuals.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee brand consistency across our website, social media, and paid media including briefing and approving content.
  • Campaign Leadership: From TikTok shoots to billboard rollouts, you’ll lead 360° campaigns that elevate our presence and generate real buzz.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, content, and clinical teams to ensure brand cohesion in everything we do.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity and make sure we’re setting the pace, not following it.
  • Manage Partners & Creatives: Brief, hire, and manage external creatives, from videographers to designers to bring your ideas to life.

About You

You’re part brand strategist, part visual tastemaker. You see the bigger picture, but you sweat the details. You want to build something that defines an industry - not just follow what’s already been done.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in brand management, creative direction, or art direction
  • Proven ability to build or evolve a consumer-facing brand - ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle
  • Strong visual design sensibility and storytelling instincts
  • Confidence leading creative projects from idea to execution
  • Experience managing freelancers or creative teams
  • A standout portfolio or case studies that show your impact

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in DTC brands, content-driven businesses, or aesthetic industries
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
  • Understanding of content strategy, social growth, or digital performance metrics
