Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Technical Surveyor Inspector to join our Surveying Team working on the landmark National Accommodation Management Services contract for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation which provides service family accommodation housing management to 49,000 homes and the service families who live in them.
This is a regional role based in and around Chester and the Northwest, you will work closely together with third party supply chains to cover circa 8,000 property assessments maintaining high property standards and compliance regulations.
This is an onsite role with travel required 4 days per week. Occasional travel will be required outside of the assigned region.

Key responsibilities:
- To conduct Technical Assessments and Assurance Assessments to ensure properties meet specific standards for safety, durability, sustainability and overall quality identifying potential risks and deficiencies
- Lodging Energy Performance Certificates
- Conduct Housing Health and Safety Rating System Assessments where applicable to identify potential hazards within a property
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information to estate agents including detailed floorplans and bespoke assessments where required
- To conduct Supply Chain audits
Key requirements:
- Surveying Technician Level 3 or above
- ABBE Domestic Energy Assessor
- HHSRS Practitioner
- Full driving licence
- Ability to travel within region and by exception to other areas of the contract.
- Previous experience in MOD Housing with working knowledge of the contract geographically is desirable
