Role Overview:
A crucial role in our team, you will work closely alongside our Partnerships Manager to manage new and existing brands who are conducting creator marketing campaigns.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing the campaign lifecycle and brand sales. This includes pitching new brands, negotiations and working closely with both brands & creators / influencers.
This is still a relatively nascent industry with significant opportunities for growth; we are looking for someone who can help us capitalise on this.

What you’ll get to do:
- Manage campaigns for brand and agency accounts
- Pitch new and existing brands and agencies with ideas for partnerships
- Support in pricing and legal agreement negotiations
- Work closely with creators & influencers to activate campaigns
- Provide support and regular updates to brands and agencies, including campaign results
- Participate in process improvements
- Supporting on larger scale work
- Oversee internal communication on team updates
Who we are looking for:
This role would be perfect for someone with experience in influencer marketing, account management, or executing brand campaigns, loves working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and has aspirations to become a key leader in the business.
In addition, we’re looking for:
- 2+ years experience within within brand/client management, influencer marketing or a similar role
- University Degree and strong academic background
- Experience in negotiating with clients and/or sales pitching
- Willingness to ‘muck in’ and do what is necessary is essential
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and take initiative
- We look for people who are empathetic and trustworthy
- Be able to work from our Edinburgh city centre office at least once per week
- Must be fully authorised to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
Overview:
- We are offering a position that can be filled either on a full-time basis or 3.5x – 4x days a week (with salary pro-rated accordingly). This role is open to candidates interested in a permanent position or a six-month fixed-term employment contract
Benefits:
- £28k – £30k per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
- (£25k – £28k for Associate level) per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
