Staff turnover is low and happiness levels are high as they are strong believers in a good work-life balance and they allow their team to manage their own time and workloads around things such as childcare or personal commitments.\\n\\nDue to continued success, my client is now looking for a Project Architect with strong experience in delivering and leading projects in the heritage sector! \\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nWork on a variety of high-end residential, heritage and mixed-use schemes ranging from £1m to £40m in construction value\\nWork on projects throughout all RIBA stages, deliver projects, and lead teams throughout\\nPrepare and develop drawings, models and images, and other documents related to design\\nWork within a small project team\\nUse Revit / AutoCAD on a daily basis\\nSupervise more junior team members\\nReport to Associates and Directors.Required Skills & Experience\\n\\nQualified as an Architect with a minimum of 7 years PQE\\nBe confident in leading and delivering projects in the UK\\nExcellent graphic skills and 3D design ability – using InDesign, Photoshop SketchUp, and other rendering software\\nExperience working on bespoke high-end properties, mews houses, apartments/hospitality/heritage projects is essential\\nMust have strong design skills and high-quality bespoke detailing\\nIdeally, you will have worked in a small to medium-sized practice specialising in bespoke projects\\nCare and attention to detail involved in delivering the scheme or work packages\\nIdeally have experience working through all RIBA stages of a small, beautifully crafted project within high-end residential\\nA proficient user of Revit or AutoCAD, and must have used on live projects within the UK\\nBe presentable and confident with both client and contractor-facing responsibilities\\nExcellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK.What you get back\\n\\n£45,000 – £60,000 \\nPension scheme – 4% contribution from company\\nLife assurance of 4 times salary\\nPermanent health insurance for long term sickness\\nDiscretionary profit share bonus payment and annual salary\\n20 days' annual leave rising to 25 days with service in addition to UK public and bank holidays\\nDiscretionary 3 days' paid holiday in addition to the basic entitlement to cover Christmas closure\\nCore office hours policy (10:00 – 4:30) providing flexibility at either end of the day\\nFlexible working arrangements\\nGreen bike scheme, free eye tests, and annual flu vaccinations\\nConfidential Employee Assistance Programme\\nRIBA membership fees paid for all qualified staff\\nComprehensive programme of in-house CPD seminars and 1 day's personal CPD provision per year\\nFinancial support for course fees and additional study leave for professional exams\\nRegular creative review sessions and classes such as Drawing Gym\\nActive involvement in achieving reductions in our carbon emissions through Planet Mark\\nCompany membership of the NLA with free access to events\\nAnnual office trips to international and UK locations\\nSocial and sports e.g. netball, softball, running, social evenings, drinks out, etc\\nKitchen, showers, and secure, covered cycle storage facilities.Apply\\n\\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
