Lead Data Analyst – Market Research Consultancy \\n\\nJoin our growing team and shape the future of data-driven insights!\\n\\nOur client is an expanding research agency, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Specialist to join a team as a Lead Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our clients growth plans, which include doubling in size over the next 2-3 years and expanding their capabilities in both B2B (60-70% focus) and consumer research.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in delivering complex data analysis and insights to our clients. You will be responsible for the design and execution of a range of quantitative research projects, leveraging your expertise in advanced methodologies.
This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to build and lead a data analytics team in the future.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nDesign and analytically execute complex quantitative methods, including conjoint, MaxDiff, and segmentation, tailored to bespoke client briefs.\\nManage all external suppliers throughout the quantitative research project lifecycle, including script checking, data cleaning, and liaison with partners.\\nAddress scripting queries and ensure data delivery aligns with analytical needs (data loops, codeframes, etc.).\\nBuild and analyze conjoint grids and choice-based models using Sawtooth software.\\nPerform market sizing exercises and segmentation analyses.\\nAssist with the development and implementation of AI tools and dashboards.\\nTrain junior team members on data manipulation and analysis techniques.Ideal Candidate:\\n\\n5+ years of hands-on agency experience in analytics (research/insight agency) is ideal.\\nProven experience with the design and analytical execution of complex quantitative methods, including conjoint, MaxDiff, and segmentation.\\nIn-depth understanding of quantitative techniques and their application to research objectives.\\nStrong project management skills, including managing external suppliers and internal resources.\\nProficiency in Q/SPSS, Excel, and Sawtooth (essential).\\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills.\\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable.\\nExperience with Python, SQL, and dashboard creation (e.g., Jaspersoft) is a plus.\\nBackground in data science or quantitative analytics is preferred.\\nExperience with AI tools and applications in research is a plus.We Are Aspire Ltd are a Commited employer
