We are working on behalf of a well-established law firm seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6+ years PQE) to join its successful and expanding property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take on a key role in a growing team.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Refinancing transactions
• Grant of new leases and lease assignments (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Development agreements and property portfolio management

You will work directly with the firm’s Senior Commercial Property Partner and play an active role in growing the department. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the firm.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years PQE with strong experience in commercial property transactions
• Ability to manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong business development skills with a commercial mindset
• A client following is desirable but not essential
