Looking for your next new but exciting challenge and an opportunity to join a great working environment? We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team of Administrators for our Tewkesbury Office.
What will you be doing:
- General administration duties as necessary.
- Process purchase orders for subcontractors/suppliers.
- Setting up of new installation projects.
- Processing and setting up of small works projects.
- Raising of invoices.
- Approval of invoices.
- Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
- Maintenance of Docuware storage system.
- Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support.
- Booking travel and hotels.
What are we looking for:
- Understanding of administration processes and procedures.
- Able to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Work within Company deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
