Who You Are

You are an innovative educator and leader, possessing a teaching and learning qualification at Level 5, accompanied by a degree or professional qualification in a Digital or Computing subject. Your strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365, enable you to navigate digital environments effectively. You have demonstrated experience in curriculum development within post-16 education, and a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation. Your excellent people management and leadership skills allow you to inspire and motivate your team towards high-quality educational delivery. Ideally, you hold an IQA or other Assessor/Internal Verifier qualification and have previous experience in a similar leadership role within further or adult education.

This role, located at Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES), involves a pivotal position in shaping and delivering an outstanding digital curriculum.
