Weβre looking for an Acquisition Surveyor with experience of telecoms to oversee acquisition and design-related projects, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business, customer, and stakeholder objectives. This role will involve managing a defined programme of sites within a specific geographic region or customer workstream.This is for a 4 month contract.About the RoleYou\βll be responsible for delivering property transaction activities across a portfolio of telecom infrastructure sites. This includes new site acquisitions, lease renewals, NTQs, site upgrades, and site sharing arrangements. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, legal partners, and agents, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage delivery of acquisition and design projects (e.g. lease renewals, NTQs, new acquisitions, upgrades, and site shares) across a defined set of sitesEnsure business and customer programme targets for time, cost, and volume are metTrack delivery progress and maintain accurate forecasts to support regional and national planningWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, Demand) and external suppliers to optimise asset use and resolve site-specific issuesEnsure continuity of network coverage by managing acquisition deliverables across NTQ sitesMonitor and report supplier performance and key deliverablesIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessaryFoster strong relationships with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies and expectationsDrive continuous improvement across acquisition processesSupport compliance with all health & safety, environmental, and information security policiesWhat You\βll BringProven experience in acquisition and property delivery within telecoms or infrastructure environmentsStrong understanding of site acquisition, lease negotiations, and property law basicsExcellent stakeholder and supplier management skillsStrong planning, forecasting, and project management abilitiesExperience managing multiple concurrent site projects to deadlines and targets
