We are recruiting multiple experienced professionals to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment programme across national and international sites. These contract roles will operate as Site & Engineer Managers, responsible for overseeing deployment teams and ensuring seamless laptop refresh and migration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site deployment activities across multiple secure locations
- Oversee contractor engineers and laptop refresh clinics
- Coordinate site access and ensure compliance with local requirements
- Deliver briefings on Device Designation Rules and site-specific procedures
- Handle daily reporting and on-site escalations
- Manage VIP and ANS user migrations
- Submit end-of-day and migration completion reports
- Maintain accurate tooling and record-keeping
Essential Experience:
- Strong experience in site/project coordination, particularly in deployment or migration environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and technical field teams
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working on-site in varied environments
Desirable:
- Experience working within secure/government environments
