Are you a Site Agent looking for a new opportunity to test your skills in the Highways sector? PS Resourcing is delighted to be working with a well-established Civil Engineering company who partner with local authorities and government projects delivering a range of diverse Highways projects.
The role:
As a Site Agent, you’ll be the driving force behind fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, from skilled on-site engineers to labourers, to ensure that the project’s objectives are met on time and within budget. As well as:
• Ensure quality control requirements are met
• Promote a health & safety awareness on site
• Ensure engineering drawings/specifications are accurate and resolve any conflicts
• Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments completed for all aspects of works
• Manage commercial issues for elements of the works
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
What are we looking for?
The successful applicants will have extensive knowledge of a range of Highways maintenance schemes and new developments, as well as strong stakeholder management skills when working in a busy environment. As well as:
- Experience working in the Highways sector
- SMSTS
- Temporary Works Supervisor (Preferable)
- Experience managing Operatives and Engineers
