WHAT WE DO
[PIAS] champions and supports the best independent music in the world across our unrivalled international network. Established in 1982, we operate 16 global offices. [Integral] is the music services division of [PIAS]. We have over 30 years’ experience in delivering premium distribution, sales and complementary services to record label, manager and artist partners around the world.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
[Integral] represents many of the world’s leading classical and jazz record labels and artists. As part of the central genre-specialist team, the Digital Commercial Manager, Classical & Jazz will work with the Head of Classical, Digital to liaise with DSPs and repertoire partners on a global basis. The role will work closely with external partners and internal teams to drive maximum commercial impact for our artist and label partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside the Head of Classical, Digital to maintain and develop commercial relationships with DSPs across the classical and jazz genres.
- Assist with day-to-day pitching activities
- Identify, negotiate and secure impactful retail campaigns
- Liaise with genre-specialist Label Management teams on campaigns
- Provide regular and insightful reporting
- Help drive adoption of services and tools across repertoire partners
- Assist with genre-specific catalogue initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience working within a label, distribution or management company. Experience in and around classical and jazz would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent client service and relationship-building capabilities
- Knowledge of the digital landscape and consumer habits within the genres
- Knowledge of industry metadata guidelines an advantage
