An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. This Watford-based role offers a chance to play a key part in shaping quality assurance and control across multiple sites, supporting project success from the ground up.
You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive a strong quality culture and ensure standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, monitor and report quality data (including NCRs and performance trends)
- Champion quality standards and help embed a quality-first culture
- Support the digital delivery of quality systems
- Assist in developing and delivering quality training across the business
- Contribute to internal communications around quality initiatives
- Help manage and deliver the internal audit programme
- Provide interim quality support where required
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues
- Strong experience in quality management on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of quality performance monitoring and compliance
- A relevant qualification in construction, engineering or quality management
- Chartered status or working towards chartership with CQI (or similar body)
- Flexibility to travel to project sites across the UK (up to 2 days/week)
