Home & Field-Based – London & South West (Harrow Office Base)

£35,000 Commission | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you experienced in working with local authorities or within a regulated financial services environment? Do you thrive on building meaningful client relationships while using data to drive results?

We’re working with a long-standing, family-run organisation that specialises in debt recovery and enforcement services across the UK. With over 130 employees and a growing contact centre operation, they’re trusted by local authorities to handle sensitive, complex cases with care and professionalism.

They’re now looking for a Client Manager to join their field-based team, managing a portfolio of local authority clients across London and the South West. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own diary, supported by an experienced Director of Client Services and internal teams covering data, compliance, and audit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the key point of contact for local authority clients
  • Reviewing contract performance, raising concerns, and proposing solutions
  • Using CRM and internal systems to track and analyse key data
  • Attending client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Collaborating with compliance, data, and back-office teams
  • Balancing commercial outcomes with vulnerability and compliance needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with local authorities or in a regulated/structured environment (e.g. financial services, enforcement, or utilities)
  • Strong relationship-building skills – credible, caring, and confident
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with performance data
  • A flexible approach and the ability to have commercial conversations when needed
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
