We’re thrilled to partner with a boutique hospitality group that celebrates British heritage and champions local, seasonal produce across their venues. Our client is looking for a Personal/ Executive Assistant to support all 3 directors, as the company is growing and times are busier than ever.
The Individual: You will have 4+ years’ experience as a personal or executive assistant with a proven track record of supporting multiple senior leaders. You will have experience working on personal matters such as errands, travel, family arrangements in addition to managing complex inboxes, acting as gatekeeper and diary management.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary and inbox management for three busy Directors, ensuring seamless coordination
- Planning and booking complex travel arrangements – including international and last-minute trips
- Providing high-level personal assistance to one Director, from errands and appointments to ad hoc admin
- Liaising with suppliers and managing invoices, contracts, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office – this is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as PA or EA supporting multiple senior leaders
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Calm under pressure and confident handling multiple projects at once
- Discreet, trustworthy with strong attention to detail
- Willing to get involved and be proactive with tasks, even if it’s outside the typical PA remit
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and booking platforms
