W-Wellness is the UK’s first expert-led wellness e-commerce platform, connecting consumers with science-backed health, beauty, and wellness products, recommended by leading doctors, aestheticians, and nutritionists. Our mission is to bridge the gap between in-clinic expertise and at-home wellness, making trusted and effective wellness solutions more accessible.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Trading Coordinator to support the daily operations of our DTC business across our website: www.w-wellness.co.uk and TikTok. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, this is a fast-paced, busy role where you’ll be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is desirable. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow within a fast-moving, collaborative digital team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Website Trading & Operations Support with website updates, product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
- Manage day-to-day site tasks: QA, testing, admin, and content updates.
- Manage our Customer Landing Pages.
- Help identify optimisation opportunities using daily trading reports.
Digital Ecosystem & Enhancements
- Contribute to ongoing site improvements (UX, UI, tools).
- Support special projects across the DTC ecosystem.
Reporting & Insights
- Update key reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Use data to support decision-making and planning.
TikTok Shop
- Help run the TikTok shop that we are about to launch.
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or trading.
- Knowledge with Shopify or similar platforms.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using data to interpret digital performance metrics (GA4 and TripleWhale).
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- A passion for digital and eCommerce.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Confidence in working across teams and managing timelines.
