The Role
- Generating property valuations and securing new instructions

About You
- Previous estate agency experience, ideally in a senior sales or valuation capacity
- A strong understanding of the local property market (preferred)
- A proven track record of securing business and closing deals
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a flair for marketing and business development
- Confidence using technology in a modern estate agency setting
- A full UK driving licence
