Our client, a specialist Sub-Contractor in the Cladding and Façade industry, is now seeking an Estimator to join the business and team. This role will see you work closely with directors, and you will be responsible for pricing tenders effectively and winning projects.
Candidates who apply must have estimated for one of the following: drylining, façades, cladding, rainscreen cladding and partitions with a proven track record.
Estimator Responsibilities:- Manage the tender process
- Perform take-offs from drawings
- Site surveys where needed
- Client liaison
- Knowledge of Drylining, Cladding or Façades
- Subcontract background
- Team player
- Commercially aware
- Ability to negotiate and price effectively
