Our client has a fantastic state-of-the-art site in the heart of Ibstock with long-term security and a fantastic reputation with a great turnover nationwide. The company offers fantastic training and progression opportunities to its engineering team and is searching for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join its talented team. The Role: This is a mechanically biased maintenance engineer position, where your responsibilities will include: • Reactive Maintenance • Planned preventive Maintenance. • Mechanical Fault finding • Project involvement as well as any continuous improvement work About you To be considered for a Mechanical maintenance engineer position with the business, you have to be mechanically biased and have experience from any industry. You should have the following: •Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer within a factory environment. •Experience working within manufacturing would be beneficial. •Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of hydraulic and pneumatics. •Recognised qualification (BTEC, NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, HND).
