ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Ice Cream Development Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the development and launch of new products within the organisation. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks throughout the product development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Assist in developing and refining new ice cream flavours and products
• Create and prepare samples for customer presentations and product testing.
• Help with product trials in our factory and document the results.
• Maintain the NPD Lab—organising equipment, ingredients, and samples.
• Support taste tests and benchmarking sessions to keep our flavours competitive.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• A passion for food innovation, with an eye for detail.
• Strong interest in food trends
• Strong teamwork & communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask!
• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A willingness to get hands-on, learn fast, and grow with us!

BONUS SKILLS (Not Required, But Great to Have!)

• Any experience in food production, hospitality, or recipe development.
