Are you an experienced electrical professional with leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions now looking for an office-based role? We are looking for a Service Delivery Lead (Electrical Bias) to oversee maintenance delivery, processes, and system improvements for a leading company in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Delivery Coordinators to ensure all maintenance activities meet client requirements and comply with QHSE policies and standards.
- Act as the focal point for onshore and offshore operations, chairing daily operational calls and client meetings.
- Manage the overall maintenance plan and schedule, performing regular reviews and ensuring effective execution.
- Conduct technical reviews of defects, working with engineering teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee critical spare requirements and vendor quotations, ensuring technical compliance and resource availability.
- Develop and implement CMMS systems, RAMS, work packs, and material requirements for offshore execution works.
- Lead site maintenance and facility upgrades, ensuring efficiency and cost-
- effectiveness. Review and approve Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Defect Reports (WDRs), and ensure service close-out.
What We’re Looking For:
Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds).
HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (Desirable).
CompEx Certification (Desirable).
Strong understanding of maintenance planning, defect management, and operational leadership.
Competent Microsoft Excel experience
Experience working in an onshore/offshore energy environment with a focus on electrical systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and drive operational improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
