We are seeking a dedicated German & Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s innovative team. This exciting role offers the chance to be part of a company that is transforming the way they engage with customers, using the latest technology to deliver outstanding support via webchat, telephone, and email. Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with a focus on delivering value-added, high-level support.
- Use webchat, email and occasionally telephone channels to assist customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed.
Skills & Experience :
- Fluent in both German and Polish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to customer support and the ability to multitask effectively
