We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an important role in supporting a group of customers through the efficient management of orders, deliveries, returns, and debit notes.

As our CSR, you will:

  • Manage order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle returns and reconcile customer debit notes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, maintaining clear and concise correspondence in line with policies and procedures outlined in our Customer Service manual.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Experience within the wholesale or related industry is highly advantageous.
  • SAP experience is very desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a methodical, accurate approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with intermediate Excel skills being an advantage).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and ability to solve problems efficiently.
