Owen Reed is looking for a Senior Receptionist for a top law firm in London. Owen Reed is recruiting an experienced Senior Receptionist to lead the Front of House function within a prestigious London law firm. This role is ideal for a polished, client-focused professional with previous law firm reception experience , who can supervise a team and consistently deliver a first-class client experience. You will act as the firm’s ambassador, ensuring reception and client areas operate to the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming service Lead, supervise and support the London Reception team, managing rotas, absence and cover Embed a proactive, client-focused culture across Front of House Develop and implement call handling procedures in collaboration with senior stakeholders Handle challenging client situations with tact and discretion Monitor presentation standards, behaviour and dress code in client areas Conduct appraisals and mid-year reviews for reception staff Ensure reception and meeting rooms are always professionally presented and client-ready Co-ordinate catering, refreshments and room set-ups for meetings and events Support Marketing and Facilities teams with client events and delegate management Manage client-related reception budgets Handle deliveries, incoming post and general administrative support when required Carry out CRM data entry, invoice reminders and diary management for large meetings Skills
