What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading daily operations across warehousing, production, logistics, and customer fulfilment.
• Implementing robust inventory and order management systems.
• Driving improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery through lean principles.
• Collaborating with customer service and supply chain teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Identifying inefficiencies and delivering process improvements with real impact.
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing operational team.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager (or similar) role.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• ERP and inventory management system expertise.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Analytical, commercially aware, and results-focused.
• Able to drive improvement through data, collaboration, and innovation.
• Familiar with UK H&S legislation and compliance standards.
