Service Manager for leading West London Independent garage. Our client is the largest independent Service and MOT garage in London. They are seeking a professional Service Manager to join their front of house team. The role is a Monday to Friday requirement. Service Manager Duties: * Checking in Services / Repairs and MOTs * Upselling services * Keeping the \”Techam\” database up to date and current * Maintaining contact with key clients * Coordinating work turn around with workshop manager You will likely have experience in a similar role within a garage and have a good understanding of current IT systems / office software and have great customer service / sales skills.
