National Account Manager - Convenience

The Role

This position manages three key accounts within the Convenience and Wholesale channel, an area set for significant expansion over the next three years. The role involves direct negotiations with buyers and full responsibility for P&L management.

Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and the wider sales team to execute business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for convenience and wholesale accounts, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Take full ownership of P&L for assigned accounts.
• Partner with the Head of Retail Business Unit Controller to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing distribution and securing new listings.
• Analyze retailer data to assess promotion effectiveness, providing insights to refine future plans.
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain and marketing teams to drive channel growth.

Experience Required

• FMCG experience at NAM or NAE level.
• A challenger mindset with a proactive approach to market opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of P&L management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
