Please note: This is initially a 6 month fixed-term contract
Purpose of the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to be responsible for multiple payrolls across the EMEA Region for both the monthly and casual employees, ensuring accurate and on time payments are delivered. Additionality, this role will work as part of the global payroll team and the wider HR team as required with projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- All ticket management and assignment:
- Replying to and resolving tickets where possible
- Assigning, tracking and ensuring being dealt with correctly and escalating appropriately
- Liaising with HRBP and global admin to keep informed of status and trends of tickets
- Tracking inputs vs business cut off first draft and corrections
- Maintaining spreadsheet of inputs which should be considered in payroll e.g.
- JML, time and absence data, interviewer expenses and hourly rate payments
- Attending calls with HRBP & 3rd party re inputs and corrections
- Ownership of 'watch list' of frequently impacted employees
- 1st POC for Non-Payments:
- Communicating with impacted individual
- Tracking from initial report to resolution
- Chasing responsible parties for required action
- Providing AM/PM updates on status to those impacted and internal team
- Tracking and liaising with treasury and employees to recoup duplicate payments
- Employee lifecycle admin (currently in conjunction with Infosys:)
- Management of Employee e-files
- Document creation and end to end completion (letters, contracts, schedules etc.)
- On/Off boarding into HR Systems
Role Capabilities:
- Extensive experience of managing and support Payroll with best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment with conflicting demands and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of management.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
- Meticulous and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable, but not essential.
