Account Manager/Sales Executive
– Day-to-day contact with assigned wholesale accounts and suppliers
– Carry out sales reporting and analysis
– Reviewing account trade on a regular basis; monitoring cover levels and pushing in newness and repeat business
– Ensure all wholesale accounts are maximising spends, identifying opportunities and contributing to overall revenue
– Ensuring margin targets are met on all accounts
– Managing OTBs and ensuring growth is built into Wholesale accounts
– Progressing customer orders and ensure production is always on track to meet customer deadlines
– Relationship management and building on all accounts, ensuring regular communications and calls
– Managing relationships and communications internally with buying team, creating look books and regular product packages and delivering out to accounts in timely manner
– Working to selling deadlines and delivery intake deadlines
– Understanding of wider wholesale market, competitor analysis and identifying any product and new brand opportunities
– Experience in working with suppliers
– Attending and organising customer buy appointments
– Working with logistics coordinator and wholesale merchandiser to ensure all wholesale deliveries are arranged and dispatched within deadlines
– Actioning wholesale invoices
– Minimising lost sales and cancellations; collating wholesale orders efficiently to meet MOQs
– Organising sample shoots and sending out any necessary samples to partners
– Assisting with any adhoc internal/external requests and projects
– Contribute to overall wholesale strategy; creating/maintaining customer business plans, opportunities and growth
– Understanding buying critical path and working to ensure wholesale deadlines are met within this
– Must have strong excel skills
