A new full time opportunity has arisen for a Client Transformation Director for a data and analytics strategy consultancy based in the South East. This position can be remote, with one day a week on site in central London. You'll work on global clients, some house-hold brand names and own and deliver of a range of data-led projects and campaigns.

Opportunity:

  • Client Service Leadership: Proven track record of leading client transformation initiatives, specifically within the data analytics and insight industries
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure financial control over large-scale projects and campaigns. Look for experience managing P&Ls.
  • Data-Driven Strategic Planning: Strong analytical skills and experience developing insight-led, data-driven strategies
  • Stakeholder Management at all Levels: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Global Client Service Delivery: Experience delivering data-led strategic client services on a global scale, managing international teams and navigating diverse market needs.
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment. A track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Desired experience:

  • Proven experience ideally within Project Management in the data analytics space.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation and management concepts, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated management of successful client transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships at various levels.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and experience driving organisational change and user adoption of new technologies or processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Results oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving project objectives
