Homelessness Team Manager – Floating Support Service Are you passionate about transforming lives? We are seeking a Team Manager to oversee a vital Floating Support Service that provides supported housing for individuals aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and rough sleeping. This service helps residents build independent living skills, sustain tenancies, and connect with essential services, including mental health support and addiction recovery programs.
