Responsibilities:
• As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be a driving force in our corporate sales efforts, exceeding revenue growth targets by acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts.
• Utilize direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals to identify and develop new leads.
• Showcase our corporate program and leverage networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events.
• Skillfully negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans.
• Co-manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
• Analyze corporate sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and take necessary actions to drive growth.
• Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.
Requirements:
• Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
• Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
• Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
• Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Competency in MS Office programs.
• Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
• Excellent command of English.
• Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
