I am currently working with a Utilities Client on an exciting PMO Manager Opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 3 days a week in the office.\\n\\nTo be considered for this role, you must have:\\n\\nExperience in leading a PMO team.\\nTeam management and leadership experience in a technology-led environment including Projects, Programmes and Product Management processes.\\nExperience in collaborating with a wide range of teams and other leaders to define and improve processes.\\nPrevious experience in financial data and managing budgets and forecasting.\\nAbility to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical teams.\\nExtensive PMO tooling and reporting experience.Key responsibilities include:\\n\\nStrategic & Operational Portfolio Management – Plan, oversee, and optimise the organization’s portfolio.\\nProject Management Excellence – Implement and uphold best practices to ensure quality control, efficiency, and successful project execution.\\nFinancial Oversight & Forecasting – Conduct in-depth financial analysis, manage budgets, and provide accurate forecasting to support strategic decision-making.\\nProject & Change Delivery – Ensure the seamless execution of projects and change initiatives, maximising benefits realisation and business impact.\\nRisk Management & Reporting – Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while maintaining transparent and insightful reporting.\\nLeadership & Team Development – Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, mentorship, and capability-building initiatives.\\nDigital Transformation Enablement – Support and drive the organisation’s digital evolution, leveraging technology to enhance processes and outcomes.If this matches your skillset then send your CV for our careful consideration
