Benefits Manager\\n\\nDuration – 12 months\\n\\nResponsibilities: \\n\\n● Key advisor to project on leave policy ensuring that the build of new tools and processes are fully aligned to companies policies and all applicable legislation\\n\\n● Advise on overall project strategy but also details of each individual leave throughout all stages of the build\\n\\n● Proactively reviewing current policies to ensure accuracy & completeness, compliance, and operational eciency for both the business & employees. Partnering with members of the global benets team to ensure all policy changes support global/international alignment across our leave programmes\\n\\n● Partnering with Operations and Legal to address any gaps between policy & process, ensure any process redesign & documentation aligns with policy\\n\\n● Key stakeholder for all comms relating to the project and to partner with other teams to dene the scope of work for future phases of the project\\n\\nExperience required:\\n\\n● At least 10 years of HR experience in total with at least 5 years of experience in benets and or leaves strategy and management\\n\\n● Deep expertise in designing and implementing leaves policies\\n\\n● Signicant experience of working across multiple countries in Europe. Additional experience working across other regions (Asia, Latin America) would be an advantage\\n\\n● Experience of working on tech builds for leaves\\n\\n● Proven ability to work at a fast pace and with ambiguity\\n\\n● Excellent communication skills\\n\\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities: \\n\\n● Collaborate with Project Managers, HR Tech, Benets Operations, and Legal to ensure policies are accurately reected in the tool.\\n\\n● Ensure compliance with local regulations and assist in drafting leave policies where needed.\\n\\n● Guide teams on implementing maternity, paternity, recharge, and other leave policies.\\n\\n● Oversee system functionality, ensuring it automates workows, noties employees of requirements, and integrates with payroll.\\n\\n● Conduct workshops and reviews to ensure policy intent is met.\\n\\n● Work autonomously, inuencing stakeholders and driving strategy beyond task execution
