Job Description
Solicitor – Occupational Disease – Liverpool – Up to £50k + Excellent Benefits Package + Generous Bonus Scheme
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning, dynamic, and supportive law firm known for providing specialist legal advice in Personal, Serious, and Catastrophic Injury. As the firm’s industrial disease department continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a solicitor to manage a caseload focused on Hand Arm Vibrations, Short Tail, and Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims.
The ideal candidate will have experience with disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documents, and a solid understanding of the litigation process.
In this role, you will handle complex cases, including investigating quantum and liability, and reviewing records.
