Occupational Disease Solicitor – Up to £50,000 salary + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading, award-winning law firm renowned for its work in Personal Injury, Serious Injury, and Catastrophic Injury claims. As part of the continued growth of its specialist Industrial Disease department, the firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor to manage a varied caseload including Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss matters.
This is a great role for someone looking to build their expertise in occupational disease litigation. You’ll take responsibility for a complex caseload—drafting legal documents, assessing liability and quantum, and progressing matters through all stages of litigation.
The firm offers structured training, excellent supervision, and a clear pathway for development within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with relevant experience in industrial or occupational disease claims
- Sound knowledge of the litigation process
- Strong academic credentials and technical ability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and a busy caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
