Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students.

Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Maintain student records and update databases.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Support the school staff with various administrative duties as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience in a similar role within a school or customer service environment is preferred.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism., * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
