The UK branch of iMile Delivery focuses on serving the UK market, ensuring high-quality delivery services. We are currently seeking Van Delivery Driver to join our team under a partnership agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Tasks: Safely and efficiently complete the collection and delivery of packages as per the daily schedule provided by the company. Deliver packages to designated locations within the specified time frames, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Operation: Drive company-provided manual transmission vans, ensuring their safe and proper use. Conduct daily vehicle checks as per company guidelines and maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
- Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing simple issues or concerns. Provide a reliable and professional service to uphold the company’s brand reputation.
- Reporting and Documentation: Use company-provided devices (e.g., handheld terminals) to record delivery statuses. Report any issues encountered during deliveries, such as traffic incidents, package loss, or delays.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid UK driving license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and self-reliance.
- Physically fit and capable of handling packages of various weights.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Prior experience in the delivery industry is an advantage.
Partnership Agreement: Work as an independent partner with a flexible arrangement to complete delivery tasks.
