Senior Shift Equipment Engineer – Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes
Shift Pattern: Week 1: 6am – 2pm | Week 2: 2pm – 10pm

- Hands-on Equipment Expertise – Perform repairs, PMs & optimize fab tools
- Data-Driven Improvements – Implement strategies to enhance efficiency & uptime
- Leadership & Mentorship – Guide technicians & engineers in best practices
- Supplier & Inventory Management – Liaise with vendors & manage critical spares
- High-Impact Projects – Lead key improvement initiatives & report performance metrics
What You Need:
- 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance & process optimization
- Ability to document & improve procedures (work instructions, risk assessments)
- Strong organizational & stakeholder management skills
- Technical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or 10+ years of experience)
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on maintenance with ASML, Trikon/SPTS, OiPT, Palomar, Temscal, Leybold, Leica, SemiTool
