Following the recent promotion of their current Paraplanning Manager into a strategic operational role, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join their Senior Management Team and take responsibility for overseeing the paraplanning function.
This role is focused on management, so you must be technically proficient and capable of managing a team with a wide range of experience levels, from those newly promoted to paraplanning roles, to highly experienced Chartered Paraplanners, and those transitioning into Adviser roles while retaining some paraplanning responsibilities.
You will be responsible for all aspects of staff management, including recruitment, performance appraisals, reviews, creating and running training courses, and establishing personal development plans for team members. The role also offers a high degree of autonomy, as you will be expected to evaluate existing systems, processes, and procedures, making recommendations to streamline operations, reduce administrative workload, and improve the client and adviser experience.
