The role of Customer Service Representative in brief:

Deal with all Hire enquiries within the given area

Assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generate sales, whilst achieving customer service satisfaction and KPI’s.

Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
