As we continue to grow, we're urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced multi skilled tradesman and project leader to join our team.\\n\\nJob Description:\\n\\nThe candidate must live within a 20-minute commute of Abingdon (OX14).\\n\\nAs a hands-on project leader, you will play a critical role in executing and overseeing the installation of kitchens, bathrooms and garage conversions, along with other refurbishment and maintenance tasks.

This role requires a balance of supervisory duties and hands-on work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in property refurbishment and a proven ability to lead a team. The work includes but is not limited to:\\n\\nKitchen installations\\nBathroom installations\\nGarage conversions\\nStructural alterations\\nCarpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, basic electrics\\nWe do not undertake void workKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nTake pride in producing an exceptionally high standard of work\\nOversee and participate in day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed to a high standard\\nCoordinate with subcontractors, clients and other team members to ensure project timelines are met\\nProvide guidance and training to team members as needed\\nMaintain accurate project documentation and reports\\nManage project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operations\\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment\\nProvide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptlyThe Candidate:\\n\\nMust live within a 20 minute commute of Abingdon (OX14)\\nSkilled in carpentry, plumbing, and tiling etc.\\nProven experience in kitchen and bathroom installations for at least two years\\nAbility to manage projects and work independently\\nExcellent communication skills with manager, team members and customers\\nReliable and trustworthy\\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\\nStructural work experience an advantage\\nGood selection of own tools\\nFull valid UK driving licenceWhat We Offer:\\n\\n£175 per day (approx.
