The successful candidate will work inside our highly skilled coaching fulfilment team, delivering fully custom training and nutrition plans along with guidance on optimal daily habits and behaviour specific to that client and their needs with the end goals of taking that client to their desired target outcome in terms and health, fitness and physique while also ensuring they have delivered the strategies for the client to maintain those results into the future! Attending team meetings and training webinars Creation and delivery of training and nutrition plans Holding weekly accountably check-in with clients Retaining and growing client base Delivering world class transformation results Qualifications The successful candidate will have PT level qualifications, have taken their own physique to above average for proof of concept and personal desire for success.They will be highly computer literate, fast and efficient in their communication and be able to communicate with high level business owners in a professional and convincing manner. Full In role training will be provided by the head of department using our SOP’s ( Standard operating procedures) for guidance. Ongoing education and learning’s at the forefront of our coaching dept and the candidate will fully benefit from this, you’ll learn the ins and outs of how a 7 figure coaching operates.
