KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN in Key Stage 2

• Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to individual student needs

• Offer one-on-one support to students, especially those requiring special education assistance

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation

• Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive classroom interactions

• Collaborate with teachers to create lesson plans and educational materials for diverse learning styles

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, providing updates on student progress

• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills in special education and child development

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment that helps all students succeed
