Role Title: Development Manager (Pre-Contract) Department: Place Department Rate: £375per day (Umbrella PAYE) Location: Hammersmith, London (1-2 Days per week in the office/onsite) Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time About the Role As a Development Manager, you will be instrumental in Hammersmith & Fulhams Regeneration, Development, and Asset Management service. This team plays a pivotal role in delivering the councils vision for new homes and essential community infrastructure. The focus of this role is on pre-contract development, particularly on setting up project frameworks and detailed designs, from RIBA stages 1-3. You will manage a portfolio of pre-contract development projects valued between £10m and £140m, overseeing each stage up to construction. This includes strategic planning, consultant management, and ensuring all preparatory work aligns with council objectives and statutory requirements.
