BCHC is looking for dedicated *Trust Grade Doctors (FY2-ST2 equivalent)* to join our team, providing care for older adults and specialist rehabilitation patients.

*Who Should Apply?*
To ensure applicants have the relevant experience, we are *only considering doctors who meet the following criteria*:
(Y) *Minimum 1 year of hands-on, paid experience in the NHS* as a qualified doctor in an acute trust.
(Y) *Relevant medical specialties accepted:* Geriatrics, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Acute Medicine, or 12 months in NHS A&E.
(Y) *Doctors with FY2+ NHS experience who have moved into private locum roles* are eligible.
(Y) *Medical Support Workers (MSWs) will be considered*, but *only if they have General Medicine experience*.
*The following experience does NOT meet our criteria:*
(X) Observerships, clinical attachments, or unpaid shadowing.
(X) Locum work *only in private hospitals* (especially for IMGs without NHS experience).
(X) Experience limited to non-medical specialties (e.g., Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Surgery, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Public Health, or standalone rehab facilities).
*Your Role*
* Provide high-quality clinical care under consultant supervision.
* Participate in ward rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary meetings.
* Deliver out-of-hours emergency care as part of a structured shift system.
* Engage in clinical audits, quality improvement, and training opportunities.
*What You Need*
Full GMC registration (essential).
MRCP UK or equivalent (desirable).
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Commitment to teamwork and ongoing professional development.
