Development/Project Manager – Real Estate
The Company:
Our client is a leading investment manager with a total global AUM of over £20bn. We are working with their Residential Investment and Development team that have got an impressive track record. They have multiple strategies from single family housing, hotels, house building, BTR, student accommodation and offices. They also have transacted on PRS assets all over the UK.
Job Objective:
The successful individual will be based in Kettering. You will have ownership of your own work and get closer to the capital on the development projects which included large-scale single-family housing development. You would be working on a lot of interesting, exciting projects, joining a growing team.
You will be reporting to the Development Director and in your role, you will provide reporting, project updates, assessments and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibilities will cover pre-construction, monitoring, post construction and reporting.
- Responsibility for multiple residential development projects.
- You will be overseeing contractors and professional teams.
- Reporting to the investors.
- Managing third party advisors.
- Be responsible for budgeting of projects.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 years + experience
- Degree
- Real estate experience and qualifications
- Good technical knowledge and understanding
- Residential is not essential

Remuneration:
