This role will be joining our Property Services pillar known as ULPS:\\n\\nProperty Services – We revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods. From delivering large programmes of work for social housing providers, to ensuring the highest building safety standards, we provide a range of services for public sector clients.\\n\\nJob Description\\n\\nAssist Gas Manager in technical issues, health & safety requirements and company procedures\\nSupervise the team of Gas Engineers & Apprentices working on behalf of United Living to delivering high quality & cost effective gas installation, servicing & maintenance services\\nCarry out service, repair, commissioning and maintenance work to heating & gas systems where required\\nTo carry out routine inspections and quality control checks on U/L engineers & sub-contractors\\nTo cover for Gas Manager, attending contract meetings, health & safety meetings etc. where necessary\\nLiaise with clients and residents to help Gas Manager deal with complaints, correspondence and client enquiries to enable a swift and positive outcome\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\nFull Domestic ACS qualifications Inc.
